Our mission is to improve the health and the well being of our residents by providing culturally appropriate services and a safe environment.
We encourage independence and help to improve our residents’ quality of life. Our care plans are designed to maximize individual abilities, with the ultimate goal of independent living. Caregivers at Cultural Homes are required to complete a rigorous application and training process. We are dedicated to the well-being of our residents and are physically and mentally capable of providing the best care.
Cultural Homes takes a holistic approach to care, combining science and faith. We encourage family involvement, and are always eager to hear from our residents’ families regarding treatment and care. We are happy to meet with residents and families to discuss the course of treatment, options, and to facilitate communication between residents, families, doctors, social workers, etc. We bridge the gap between our clients and their health care providers.
Cultural Homes takes an active and primary role in the experience of adult foster care, and maintains a commitment to the individual, above all else. We provide a one-on-one counseling session as often as needed, conducted internally.
Cultural Homes is licensed for MI/CD care.
