Cultural Homes operates 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, all year (as required by law).
To effectively meet the needs of our residents, we employ two full-time Supervisors and two full-time staff during the daytime hours (7a.m to 11p.m) and two coordinating Managers on wake hours (8a.m – 5p.m) 6 days a week. The Managers are also on call 24-hours.
All staff is culturally specific to provide a family-like environment and ensure appropriate care for the refugees and immigrants we serve. We have created a team of Somali professionals to provide care for our immigrant/refugee residents.
